Welcome to the 2016-'17 School Year and Thousand Oaks High School Track & Field.  During the off-season, track still meets on a regular basis during period 7. 

 

 The primary goal of the program has three parts. The first part is to be a student athlete. Maintaining good grades keeps you on the team and helps continue your opportunity for a chance at the university level of competition. Properly prepare yourself by strengthening your body for the energy you will need to compete. This will also help to prevent the occurrence of injuries during the competitive season. Third is respecting the program by coming to P.E Class, practice and meets prepared to work out and give 100%. When we are at meets respecting other coaches, athletes and parents. “We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort.” Jesse Owens.
