100 HURDLES

Sper captured the best time in Ventura County this season at 15.27 seconds, which she accomplished in a seventh-place finish at the CIF-SS Division 2 Championships. She won the 100 hurdles at the Ventura County Championships in 15.33 and also won the high jump at the county meet with a leap of 5 feet, 2 inches. Sper set the Thousand Oaks High stadium record for the 100 hurdles and won the school's outstanding athlete award for the 100 hurdles, high jump and pole vault. Her best high jump this season was 5-4, her best pole vault was 9-6 and her best time in the 400 was 59.4. Her favorite food is fruit and she enjoys watching "Modern Family." Her favorite movie is "A Walk to Remember" and Jack Johnson is her favorite singer. Lancers teammate Dana Pearson is her favorite athlete.
